Praise for the Kyle Malnati Show (Brandon Green)

The Kyle Malnati Show started in August 2014 and is currently broadcast monthly on YouTube. Our real estate podcast is designed to address topics that appeal to both experienced multifamily owners and aspiring real estate investors.

Brandon Green, a fellow “30 Under 30” honoree, approached me a couple of months ago with an idea. He has watched my prior interviews of real estate investors on the Kyle Malnati Show, and he asked me to summarize what I’ve learned from the very BEST real estate investors. Brandon was planning an event called an Early Spring Real Estate Mastermind in Washington, DC, and he thought that would be a great topic to include in his event.

Last week, I delivered on Brandon’s request to present the “10 Attributes of GREAT Real Estate Investors” to a successful group of real estate professionals in Washington, DC. Brandon Green, hosted this Mastermind event with Koki Adasi, Anslie Stokes, and Bo Menkiti.

Brandon Green is co-founder and Managing Partner of KW Capital Properties, a real estate brokerage with over $1.5 billion in 2015 sales volume, and 800+ associate agents across six offices in DC, Maryland, and Virginia. He is also a member of the Menkiti Group’s Executive Leadership Team. Brandon co-founded Keller Williams Capital Properties in 2006 with Bo Menkiti, Carlos Garcia, Joel Nelson, and Jason Martin. Brandon also leads MG Residential, a nationally ranked sales team under KW Capital Properties that serves buyers and sellers throughout the DC Metro Area. In 2003, Brandon Green was awarded the National Association of Realtors Prestigious “30 under 30” award.
