Having the audacious goal to be a millionaire by the age of 25 seems like a crazy goal when you are 15 living in a trailer park, but to then accomplish that goal is even crazier. Sean Moudry gained incredible momentum in the real estate industry at a very young age including closing 72 transactions in his first year of brokerage, being admitted into Remax’s Hall of Fame his second year, and being a titan investor with over 86 multifamily units and 26 single family homes.
Then, in 2009 the recession hit and Sean, who just years earlier was making over 7 figures a year, lost it all. He owed over $440,000 in debt after being forced to short-sell all of his real estate investments. Instead of declaring bankruptcy and giving up entirely, Sean took it as an opportunity to reinvent himself and truly rise out of failure. However this time, he wasn’t interested in building for the money – he wanted to prove that you, and you alone, are in charge of your outcomes of your life.
