From Arizona to Downtown Denver: Finding the Right Home in the City

After months of planning, multiple trips to Denver, and an unexpected setback along the way, Kyle’s clients have officially made their move from Arizona back to Colorado.

Their journey began in October 2025, when they first started exploring what a return to Colorado might look like. Over the following months, they made several trips to Denver to tour properties, explore different neighborhoods, and gain a better sense of where they wanted to begin their next chapter.

In July, they found a condominium community they loved and went under contract on a unit. Unfortunately, an HOA issue identified during the lending process ultimately prevented the transaction from moving forward, and the contract had to be terminated. While the setback was disappointing, their search continued. It eventually led them to Luxury Windsor Condominiums, where they found the combination of downtown living, expansive views, thoughtful updates, and amenities they had been looking for.

Kyle was able to negotiate a contract below the asking price, with a closing timeline of just three weeks! Allowing his clients to move forward quickly once they found the right home.

Located on the 22nd floor, their new residence offers sweeping views of Downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains, along with a bright and thoughtfully updated interior. The home features a beautifully designed kitchen with Wolf and Bosch appliances, a spacious primary suite with a five-piece bathroom and heated tile floors, upgraded laundry, generous storage, and two deeded parking spaces.

After nearly a year of planning, traveling between Arizona and Colorado, searching for the right property, and navigating an unexpected change in direction, including restarting the lending process with a new lender, their patience and persistence ultimately paid off. They found a home that checked the boxes and, more importantly, felt like the right place to begin their next chapter back in Colorado!
