This closing was a fun full-circle moment as Kyle had the opportunity to help his college friend, Jake, and his family relocate from Texas back to the Rocky Mountain Region. Long before real estate, Kyle and Jake met as Freshmen when they rushed Pi Kappa Alpha at the University of Wyoming and they eventually became fraternity executives as upper classman. Jake walked onto the UW football team and was involved in Air Force ROTC. Go Cowboys!

As the story goes, the Air Force sent Jake all over the United States after college. Jake eventually settled in San Antonio, Texas where he met his future wife, Mary. Jake, a life-long Broncos fan, was thrilled at the idea of moving closer to his college friends when Mary got news of a job transfer to HCA Health One (think Sky Ridge, Rose, and Swedish medical centers to name a few). As they started planning their move back to Colorado, Jake had been following along with Kyle’s real estate updates and stories on social media. When the time came to find the right Realtor, reaching out to an old friend was an easy decision!
