The offer was under list price, but was accepted because of a strong 8 year relationship with the listing agent at KW DTC. Ironically, the listing agent was the same as the friend’s house in Homestead. What a fortunate coincidence?!

It also helped that Kyle connected the Buyer with a preferred lender, Patrick Langhans at Cross Country Mortgage. The Listing Agent had successful working experiences with Patrick Langhans and that gave the Seller even more confidence in Calibrate Real Estate.
