2022 Year in Review

As 2022 draws to a close, I intentionally review the year that was, before marching into the year upon us. My success would not be possible without my loyal clients and the amazing team at Calibrate Real Estate.

2022 began as a Seller’s market and ended as a Buyer’s market. Navigating a changing market requires sound decision making. The reason why so many clients chose to work with Calibrate Real Estate because they trust us.
