Harrison Beacher, Owner/CEO of The Beacher Group sits down for this episode to discuss levels of engagement and how we should all strive to lead with gratitude. From a young age and early on in his career, Harrison came to realize that people who are in engaged in business, opportunities, and volunteer work are more successful. Coming from a place of abundance and saying “yes” to every opportunity and figuring out how you are going to get it done later is a mindset he is passionate about.
Being thrust into a leadership and a mentor role after being awarded the national accolade of REALTOR magazine’s 30 under 30, Harrison set his goals on paying it forward. Seeking out his clients and supports to thank them and express his gratitude for playing a role in this momentous honor. Today, Harrison is expanding his team and pouring himself into others successes and leading with gratitude.
