“I have an apartment building listing that’s currently under contract.  I was asked pull some apartment building comparable sales for Denver, Colorado (attached) so I thought I would also share them with you. The specific search criteria was 10-60 unit apartment buildings that have sold in the Denver, Colorado market during the last 10 months that were built between 1880-1945.
