Answer: Given the challenges in my life during 2011, it was not easy to leave a traditional commercial brokerage firm and become an owner at Madison. However, I wanted to create something special and different. We want to be a true full service boutique firm in Denver with market experts in both residential and commercial. I believe that I bring a different skill set to the group of applicants as a commercial real estate agent. The general public typically associates REALTORs with the housing market. It makes sense as most equate their real estate decisions with the sale of a home, but I find it curious that people often don’t realize that they spend an equal amount of time in apartments, office buildings, retail centers, malls, etc. Commercial real estate is just as much a part of the fabric of our day-to-day lives as residential.  ~ Kyle Malnati, Madison Commercial Properties – Madison & Co.
