This is our 6th transaction with this Buyer in the past year. The Buyer and Seller were Under Contract once before and the deal fell apart at inspection. Both parties came back to the table, and we were able to negotiate a $160K price reduction from our initial Contract price for our Buyer. This deal traded for pricing we haven’t seen in the Denver Metro multifamily market for some time ($105,000/Unit). The Buyer plans to do extensive renovations to the major systems, as well as the unit interiors.
