Financial Analyst for Real Estate Brokerage Company (Full-Time)

This critical role will function as an Analyst, serving to create efficiencies and perform underwriting for our commercial real estate company. Calibrate Real Estate needs to add an amazing person to our team. We are looking for the ideal team player… you must be humble, hungry, and smart. We’re not looking for someone who just wants to get their foot in the door! We need someone who desires to be a career Analyst and wants to hit the ground running.

• Financial analysis and valuation of investment properties
• Perform market research
• Meet deadlines without sacrificing quality
• Keep comapny database updated with new listings and recent sales in the market
• Regular auditing both our company’s market share and market presence
• Anticipate problems/issues and rapidly solve problems
• Learn how to manage real estate transaction from listing to closing
• Assist with real estate seminars and production
• Super serve our real estate clients and Calibrate team-members

• Business Degree from accredited college/university (desired, but not required)
• Knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Publisher, Powerpoint)
• Willingness to quickly learn REA 9 (CRM software)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Team player and a “can do” attitude
• A LOVE for the details and lists, and enjoys tracking, organizing and presenting them
• Tact, diplomacy, leadership and a keen ability to work well with others
• Great communication skills
• Professional in person, in writing, and on the phone
• Ability to stay focused and think clearly while multi-tasking on various project and ideas
• Self-starter/Go-getter who excels working individually but enjoys and appreciates being part of a team
