Calibrate Real Estate, a Denver-based commercial real estate brokerage company, will specialize in apartment building brokerage and investment sales as a continuation of the careers that Malnati and Johnson have built in that segment. The two have a combined career sales volume of $270,000,000, making them one of the leading apartment brokerage teams in Denver.

Both Johnson and Malnati have spent over a dozen years honing their craft as commercial brokers for several of Denver’s most recognizable real estate companies, including, Cornerstone, Pinnacle, Madison, Unique, and Marcus & Millichap. Malnati and Johnson joined forces at Madison & Company Properties four years ago and were the named Top Producers for sales volume every year during their tenure as a brokerage team at Madison (2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015).

Greg Johnson is a 13-year veteran of the apartment management and brokerage market. Prior to Madison, Johnson spent most of his brokerage career with Cornerstone Apartment Services (2004-2012). At Cornerstone, Greg contributed to the firm’s growth by multiplying its units-under-management count by 400%, making Cornerstone the largest property management firm in Central Denver.

Kyle Malnati, formerly a partner of Madison & Company Properties, was the department head for “Madison Commercial” (2011-2016). He also worked at Pinnacle Real Estate Advisors (2006-2011) and Unique Properties (2004-2006). While at Pinnacle, Malnati was named “Rookie of the Year” in 2007, and just two years later, was named “Top Producer” in 2009. Kyle has been awarded consistently by the Denver Business Journal as a “DMCAR Heavy Hitter” in commercial real estate, and a major highlight of his career was being nationally recognized on the cover of REALTOR® Magazine in the 2012 class of “30 under 30”.
