Denver Business Journal Honors Greg Johnson and Kyle Malnati as Heavy Hitters

Today at the Ritz Carlton in Downtown Denver, the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR), in conjunction with the Denver Business Journal, honored its top commercial real estate producers of 2014 in land, industrial, multi-family, office, investment, retail, and small office broker categories at the association’s annual Heavy Hitters Awards event.

Greg Johnson and Kyle Malnati were DMCAR’s #2 broker in the “Small Office” category and the #10 brokers in the “Multifamily” category. The awards are based on sales volume for a given year. Greg Johnson’s proportionate individual sales production in 2014 was $24,366,357, and Kyle Malnati’s proportionate individual sales production in 2014 was $24,366,357. This was the third year in a row that Kyle Malnati was awarded 2nd place in the “Small Office” category; his sales production in 2013 was $19,046,894 and 2012 was $15,711,609.
