What a way to start the week! We closed our 12-unit listing, 1345 Monroe Street (https://kmalnati.wordpress.com/2014/06/23/1345-monroe-street-for-sale/), this morning at Stewart Title. It happened to coincide with my 32nd birthday. My team is so “sweet!” They ordered a special donut from Denver’s famous Voodoo Donuts (see below) which I’ve been wanting to try for a long, LONG time. Since that donut was the size of my head, we split the birthday donut with our Buyer, Seller, and the staff at Stewart Title.
