Tocabe is currently the only American Indian owned and operated restaurant in Metro Denver specializing in Native American cuisine. They have developed the Tocabe Indigenous Online Marketplace to enable anyone to find, source, and cook their own delicious recipes at home! All of their ingredients are Native and Indigenous-sourced and can be shipped nationwide or picked up in store.

Tocabe hired Jake to find an industrial space that could operate as the company’s main hub as well as a warehouse to scale their growing online marketplace. Jake was able to identify and tour multiple opportunities that fit Tocabes’ needs. Ultimately Jake was able to find them the perfect fit at a warehouse in Golden Colorado.
