3/5/2014 – 1778 Gilpin St. – Units: 24 – Price: $3,010,000 ($291.50/SF; $125,417/Unit)
Denver: Washington Park Building Sales: 1 property sold: Averages – $205.09/SF – $108,000/Unit
5/29/2014 – 25 S. Emerson St. – Units: 17 – Price: $1,836,000 ($205.09/SF; $108,000/Unit)
Two special notes are worth mentioning:
#1 – The sale of 1756 Clarkson Street was completed by Greg Johnson and Kyle Malnati. To date, this was the largest transaction of both of our careers. We really appreciate the opportunity to earn the business of our clients involved in this transaction.
