On Friday March 2nd, 2018 at the Ritz Carlton in Downtown Denver, the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® (DMCAR), in conjunction with the Denver Business Journal, honored its top commercial real estate producers of 2017 in land, industrial, multi-family, office, investment, retail, and small office broker categories at the association’s annual Heavy Hitters Awards event.
Greg Johnson and Kyle Malnati were DMCAR’s #5 broker in the “Small Office” category. The awards are based on sales volume for a given year. Greg Johnson’s and Kyle Malnati’s sales production in 2017 was $10,540,868. This was the fifth year in a row that Kyle Malnati was awarded a place in the “Small Office” category;
