Kyle Malnati, Calibrate Real Estate owner/CEO, was asked by the Colorado Association of Realtors to moderate an exciting panel of Colorado Gubernatorial candidates for the Realtor day at the Capitol on Thursday February 8th, 2018.
During this panel, the 6 Gubernatorial Candidates discussed hot-button issues that could affect not only Colorado residents, but Realtors specifically. These issues included:
- Continued challenges with affordable housing and what public policy solutions Colorado should consider to address the increasing problem.
- A proposed ballot initiative to limit growth of housing units in 10 of the most counties to 1% in both 2019 and 2020.
- The concerns for improved transportation state-wide and how funds should be dedicated to CDOT’s project list
