Paul Books on The Kyle Malnati Show – Real Estate Podcast (Episode #11)

Friday 6/12/2015: Paul Books was our guest expert that was interviewed on the June edition of the Kyle Malnati Show! Paul started his search for multifamily acquisitions in 2009 while he was studying for his MBA at the University of Denver. From 2009 to 2011, Paul’s approach was to purchase “rehab opportunities,” and he successfully repurposed four older, class-C apartment buildings (a 15-unit, an 18-unit, a 20-unit, and a 26-unit). Most recently, Paul has contributed to positive change in many of Denver’s hottest urban neighborhoods with several new developments (a 60-unit in Uptown, a 72-unit in LoHi, 24 townhomes in Jefferson Park, and 4 mixed use developments in Five Points).

In this YouTube podcast, you will learn about the following:
– Why we are in the Golden Age of Denver’s multifamily market
– Have a disciplined and patient investment approach in the multifamily business
