1/28/2014 – 136 S. Pennsylvania St. – Price: $4,985,000 – Units: 36 ($216.09/SF $138,472/Unit)
12/20/2013 – 910 S. Pearl St. – Price: $1,350,000 – Units: 12 ($157.18/SF; $112,500/Unit)
11/22/2013 – 2156 S. University Blvd. – Price: $1,800,000 – Units: 17 ($150.00/SF; $105,882/Unit)
11/15/2013 – 966 S. Logan St. – Price: $1,400,000 – Units: 14 ($190.48/SF; $100,000/Unit)
11/1/2013 – 253 & 263 Grant St. – Price: $2,750,000 – Units: 27 ($127.97/SF; $94,827/Unit)
10/11/2013 – 6 Lincoln St. – Price: $5,900,000 – Units: 39 ($189.25/SF; $151,282/Unit)

Remarkably, there was a lower than usual amount of sales volume, only one, in Denver’s Uptown Neighborhood during the period (10/1/2013-1/31/2014):
